SNDL SMS Messaging Program

By opting into SNDL's SMS messaging program, you agree to receive automated text messages from SNDL, Inc. at the mobile number you provided during registration or in your app settings.

Types of Messages You'll Receive

  • Account Security Alerts: Password changes, unauthorized login attempts, security notifications
  • Service Updates: App maintenance notifications, system status updates, feature releases
  • Booking Confirmations: Confirmation of service reservations and bookings
  • Appointment Reminders: Upcoming appointment notifications and scheduling updates
  • Order Updates: Order confirmations, shipping notifications, and tracking information

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, bookings, and notification preferences. You may receive up to 10-15 messages per month. Some periods may have higher volume based on your scheduled appointments and account activity.

Cost & Charges

Message and data rates may apply. SNDL does not charge you for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard text messaging and data rates will apply. Please check with your carrier for details on your messaging plan.

How to Opt-In (Give Consent)

You can opt-in to receive SMS messages from SNDL through any of these methods:

Method 1: During App Registration

When creating your SNDL account, you will see a checkbox that states:

"Yes, I would like to receive SMS alerts and updates from SNDL at this number. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

By checking this box and completing registration, you consent to receive SMS messages.

Method 2: In-App Settings

You can enable SMS notifications at any time by:

  • Opening the SNDL app
  • Going to: Profile → Settings → Notifications → SMS Alerts
  • Toggling ON "SMS Notifications"

Method 3: Text a Keyword

Text any of these keywords to our dedicated SNDL number to opt-in:

How to Opt-Out (Unsubscribe)

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time using any of these methods:

Method 1: Text to Unsubscribe

Reply to any SNDL message with any of these keywords:

STOP CANCEL END QUIT UNSUBSCRIBE REVOKE STOPALL

You will receive a confirmation message: "You have successfully unsubscribed from SNDL messages. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."

Method 2: In-App Settings

Disable SMS in the app by:

  • Opening the SNDL app
  • Going to: Profile → Settings → Notifications → SMS Alerts
  • Toggling OFF "SMS Notifications"
